I had my assessment with Khizar today and he was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He understands right away where my pain is and explains very well about my treatment plan.I am so grateful that I choose Waterdown Physiotherapy for my treatment and I already feel very comfortable that I will fully recover from the injury caused by the car accident. I would also like to thank Candy, the most friendly and helpful office administration that I ever see. She had been so helpful from the moment that I contacted her over the phone yesterday and within 24 hours she was able to schedule an appointment and organize all the paperwork that I needed. She is also very patient and always has a smile on her face even though I can't see with the mask on but I can tell from her voice. Amber was also very helpful and professional. Thanks again for all your assistance and patience. I also have my treatment today and Michael and Kevin are also very helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience on my first visit and I am looking forward to my treatment journey.

Amber has a very professional and also friendly and compassionate approach. I went to see her for BPPV, to have the Epley maneuver, which is a very uncomfortable but effective treatment. Amber has an excellent bedside manner and helped me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure and afterwards. She explained everything as we went along and reassured any worries that I had. I felt that I was in very capable hands and her approach made a difficult treatment much more bearable. Thank you so much.
